You are trying hard to explain away your hypocrisy and inconsistency- Enoch Kofi Nyarkoh writes to Manasseh Azuri
Dear Manasseh Azure Awuni, I have seen your post trying hard to explain away your hypocrisy and inconsistency on the voter register matter with some strange arguments. Let me expose your hypocrisy the more.
A. In 2016 February, when you made the post about NPP focusing on its campaign, we knew who our flagbearer and Vice Presidential candidate were.
We knew some of the messages of the NPP. At least we knew of Free SHS and restoration of teachers and nurses allowances. Dr. Bawumia was also giving economic lecturers among others.
In 2016, you saw these as no message but jabs and begging from Bawumia and Nana respectively. So you wanted to hear more from the NPP. However, we are in 2020 and May has almost ended. We have 7 months to the general elections, the NDC has no Vice Presidential candidate. They have not told us a single message. If you know one message from the NDC, just tell me.
Yet in 2016, you told the NPP to tell us their message and leave the EC alone. The inconsistency here is, you don’t know any message from the NDC, you don’t know their Vice Presidential candidate but you are not telling them to tell us their message or elect a Vice Presidential candidate. You have rather joined them to attack the EC.
B. In your 2016 post, you said “being overly antagonistic is not a way of solving issues”. The inconsistency here is, in 2020, you have not only joined the NDC to be antagonistic to the EC but also insulted the commissioners and everyone who is for the voters register. I would have wished you suggest better way of addressing the issues as you wanted those who disagreed with then EC to have done.
C. You again said “discrediting the EC is not the way to go in 2016”.
The double standard here is, you have not joined the NDC to discret the EC but also created the impression the commissioners themselves are senseless beings being controlled by the government and its cronies.
D. In 2016, you said” even if Dr. Bawumia is made the EC chair and the NPP fails to work hard, they will lose the elections for we vote and count at the polling stations, not the EC’s chairperson’s room”.
Here again, the inconsistency is, in 2020, you forget to remind yourself this before joining the NDC to attack the EC. In your 2020 post, you refused to tell the NDC to work hard and win the elections at the polling stations and not through the EC. You also conviently forgot to tell them and yourself that even if Lordina Mahama(because the NDC has no Vice Presidential candidate) is the EC chair today and they don’t work hard, they will lose.
You seem to think that you are wiser than everyone in the country and that everything you say or want is what must be done. I know you will block me from this your page too as you blocked me from your main page.
