The National Entrepreneurship and Innovative Programme(NEIP) partners with National Youth and Employment Agency(NYEA)
The CEO of NEIP Lawyer John Kuma together with the CEO of NYEA Mr.Koduah on Tuesday 21st January 2020 signed an agreement which will help the youth become financially independent after school.
The Communications Officer of NEIP Mr.Oppong Joseph in an interview OTec Fm disclosed what the agreement seek to achieve.
He said this agreement will help the youth especially those from the NYEA who becomes unemployed after their exit.
Thus the sole aim is to help reduce the rate of unemployment.
He continued that this agreement will help equip them with the needed skills to start their own business and also how to employ others.
At the end of the training too,they will be given some amount of money which will enable them start their business .
The training comes in different folds but will last for some few months.
He concluded by saying that money has been the pressing need of some youth since most of them are already skillful.
So those people can apply and will be called for a training, if they qualify the needed amount of money will be given to them.
