TOPIC: MAKE ALL CROOKED PATHS STRAIGHT
BIBLE TEXT: “As it is written in the Prophets, Behold I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare the way before thee.The voice of one crying in the wilderness,Prepare ye the way of the Lord, MAKE HIS PATHS STRAIGHT.” – MARK 1:2-3
JOHN THE BAPTIST was the prophesied forerun messenger, to prepare the way before Jesus Christ’s first advent into the world (Isaiah 40:3).
He was the announcer,siren blower or the gong-gong beater of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.
John’s mission was to introduce Jesus Christ as the Saviour of the world,and to preach.. “.. And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the Gospel.”
He was ordained to make “all crooked paths straight”. Notice that the “paths” is plural and the big question is: ‘Which crooked paths needed to be straightened’?
The 400 years in between the Old and New Testaments, also known as Intertestamental period had brought about many incredible negative changes in Israel – political, cultural, civil and religious. In short, before John the Baptist started his divine assignment, “things were crooked.”
Like today,when the Second Great Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ nears; the whole world is in crisis and disarray with natural disasters and pandemics like the COVID-19 etc.The Church of Jesus Christ is also going through hard trying times and challenges.The House of God is filled with “filth”. False Prophets,false teachings, hypocritical Christianity, Worldliness, Divisions,Materialism, Ungodliness and Occultic pastors that have crept into the Church today are all infallible proofs of the soon return of Jesus Christ (The Rapture).
Have you as an individual,made all your ‘crooked paths’ straight? Have you sincerely surrendered your body and Soul to Christ? – 2 Corinthians 13:5 John 3:16
What about those of us who claim that we are genuinely born-again and workers of the CROSS?Are we trumpeting and annoucing, the return of Jesus Christ like John the Baptist? Are we making “all crooked paths straight” by preaching Repentance, Sanctification, Holiness,Self Denial, and following strictly the Apostolic Teachings?Are we clearing out the mess from the Pulpit and preparing the Saints for the Rapture?

Finally,I speak without any reservations that,any Church, Pastor or Christian Leader, who is not in these last days, proclaiming the FINISHED WORK OF THE CROSS AND ASSIDUOUSLY PREPARING SOULS FOR THE RAPTURE IS AN AGENT OF THE DEVIL.DEPART FROM THEM AND JOIN A BIBLE BELIEVING CHURCH! SAVE YOUR SOUL FROM THIS PERISHING WORLD!!!
