Should you find yourself bored in the afternoon, come into the porch and watch the clouds. Serve yourself your food like the king or queen you are and eat with joy and appreciation.
Sip your coffee slowly and turn it in your mouth to a savor the taste with a smile. Grab that book you bought years, months, weeks or days ago and travel through the pages. You haven’t called that bestie and me in a long time, make that social connection by calling up old friends. You can even make it a video call. I think we are physically distancing and not social distancing.
It’s also, time to wear those sneakers and colorful sports clothes you’ve not had the chance to and watch those aerobics with the kids on YouTube. Have you been trying to learn something new, oh best time ever is now and YouTube has got your back, just search the topic? Mine to search is baking.
Finally, reflect on your life and philosophize by asking life big question. You are well able to get the answers. Go inside and introspect and meditate on your beliefs and values.
