Information gathered by xplonlinegh.com reveals the Eastern Region has recorded additional 46 COVID-19 cases making a total of 78 cases in the Region.
The new cases detected have no history of any contact with the 32 who have been quarantined at the Afcon Construction Company in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality.
The earlier 32 were reported to have got infected from Indian expatriate working on the Akosombo to Tema railway project.
Now the cases have extended to Somanya and it’s environs.
