Dr. Bawumia is a gem. They spew lies and twist issues for reasons too obvious not to notice. They do these for weeks if not months.
Bawumia comes to town, tears through their fabricated stories, makes a mincemeat of same with his thought provoking analysis and factually verifiable data.
This demolition of their invented stories has led to the sleepy ‘old evil dwarfs’ in Rawlings’ voice waking up to throw jabs at Bawumia. Those who went on political hiatus have suddenly realized that Bawumia is dealing hefty blows to their uninspiring candidate so they have to come to his defense.
In the lead-up to the 2016 elections, Dr. Bawumia dismantled their propaganda with his intellectual arguments and called on the NDC to engage him on that level. They declined to honor his invitation because he was too powerful to outwit.
Four years later, Bawumia still taunts them with his performance. They have been struggling to keep up with his pace and level of intelligence. There is none amongst them to match Bawumia.
The NDC has no running mate at the moment because of Bawumia. They are looking for a person that can match Bawumia in a lot of ways. They will settle on someone who does not have Bawumia’s pedigree.
They go to sleep and experience insomnia because Bawumia is around. They attack him in droves because he is their worst nightmare. Bawumia is like a giant rock to reckon with. He is a thorn in their flesh, and we love him!
