Covid 19: Yagaba-Kubori MP Donates Disinfectants and PPEs to Hospitals in North East.

Member of Parliament for Yagaba-Kubori Constituency, Hon. Abdul Rauf Ibrahim Tanko has donated to about 13 health facilities in the Mamprugu-Moaduri district of North East Region, disinfectants and personal protection equipments worth about GH¢ 9000.00 to help equip health workers in the fight against the covid 19 pandemic being battled with across the globe.
The NDC MP who have been busy throughout the partial lock down period in Accra sharing food and PPEs to ‘Kayayes’ was represented by his constituency chairman Mr Abdul Rahman Tongu to present gallons of disinfectants, hand sanitizers, Veronica buckets, tissues, liquid soaps among others costing nine thousand Cedis to the district health directorate.

This is to augment the Assembly’s efforts to encourage and strengthen front liners face the disease with ease and safety in case the unwanted situation does occur in the district
Receiving the items, Doctor Adams Badimsu’gru district health director was thankful to the former Hajj board chair for the donation saying the purpose for which the donation was made would be fulfilled and assured his outfit’s readiness in the battle against the coronavirus .

Facilities that have benefited from the gesture included the Catholic Fame clinic in Loagri no.1 Yagaba, Kukua, Cheeba, Kubori and Izeesi health centers, Soo, Nangruma and other 6 CHPS compounds in the district.
