Corona virus pandemic : NPP Asutifi south parliamentary candidate donates to hospital.

The new patriotic party’s parliamentary candidate for the Asutifi south constituency , Yaw Owusu Obrempong popularly known as Yaw Obroni has donated assorted items to the St Elizabeth Catholic Hospital in Hwediem in the Asutifi south district of the Ahafo region.
The items which cost twenty thousand cedis ( GH 20,000) which includes hand sanitizers, face masks, “Veronica” buckets and stands, hand gloves ,detergents and other personal protective equipments ( PPE’s) were donated to the to provide personal safety and protection for the staff of the hospital.
Presenting the items on behalf of Yaw Owusu Obrempong who is the chief executive officer ( CEO) of the ventures trust capital, the district chief executive officer for Asutifi south, Robert Dwomoh Mensah said this donation is the parliamentary candidate’s contribution towards the fight against the novel corona virus pandemic.
EARLIER DONATIONS
The DCE was happy to see the special ward which was fully funded and built by the parliamentary candidate in honour of his mother, Janet Awuah at a cost of four hundred thousand cedis ( GH 400,000) for the hospital in good state.

According to Mr Mensah , the roof of the hospital’s administration block was recently ripped off by thunder storms, making administrative work of the hospital very difficult. ” My parliamentary candidate heard about it and as a matter of urgency came to the hospital’s rescue at a cost of eight thousand cedis ( GH 8,000)
Receiving the items, the administrator for the St. Elizabeth Catholic hospital, Reverend sister Comfort Michelle Apedzi was full of praise to the new patriotic party’s parliamentary candidate for his kind hearted towards the hospital.” Mr Yaw Obroni has always been with us in times of difficulties and happiness and he always walk his talks. The hospital is grateful to you in an unending folds. May God help you to achieve all your aspirations and heart desire. ” Sister Michelle gladly revealed.
The DCE together with the staff of the Asutifi south district assembly, executives of the party and the staff of the hospital shared some of the hand sanitizers to all the patients at the out patients department.
